Pictures 101
Unit pictures are required at the beginning of each new "slot."
A "slot" covers a two-week period.
Follow-up visits do not require pictures unless otherwise requested directly.
DURING YOUR SET-UP VISIT:​

DISPLAY correct posters (3), riser card (1), and price card (1)*

Nothing should be obstructing any part of the posters, riser card, and/or price card

*If unable to acquire the price card, still take the picture and submit as instructed

PHOTOGRAPH ENTIRE UNIT – Stand about 6 feet from unit to take picture

Posters and riser card should be visible and unobstructed
-
Product inside should be visible and neatly organized
-
Unit should be clean and free of frost

REVIEW YOUR PICTURE on your device to ensure the above requirements are met

Provide to the Dairy/Frozen Managers the PRODUCT ALERTS enclosed with poster shipment

Confirm your unit is not missing any parts

Thermometers, drain caps, poster frames, double-sided tape, etc.
